Toy Box Trot

The historic Marietta Square invites all kids to participate in a one of a kind fun-run. Children and adults of all ages will participate in a 1k to promote physical activity and outdoor engagement.

Race Information

Saturday, September 16th at 8am - race begins with a short 1k fun-run shortly followed by the festivities at the Marietta StreetFest.

The Toy Box Trot, a 1-mile fun run is part of the 25th annual Marietta StreetFest held September 16 & 17, 2017 on the Marietta Square. The Saturday morning race is open to all ages and at the completion of the race, each race participate will select a toy of their choice. These toys will continue to encourage active play and serve as a fun memory of the race.

The Marietta StreetFest is a family friendly festival with plenty of free activities such as a bounce house, giant slide, the sports corner, interactive games, arts and crafts booths, car show and the Grassroots Music Festival. The festival draws an estimated 15,000 people to the square annually and is a fundraiser for the Marietta Museum of History. Admission to the museum is free during the festival.
